Ragamama Ragasaan Gourmet Menu

Starters:

Lamb Romali - Minced lamb kebab cooked with a selection of herbs and spices, wrapped in a Romali Roti

Chicken Reshmi Kebab - Skewer of finely chopped chicken blended with fresh herbs and spices and charcoal grilled

Fish Ajwaini Tikka - Boneless fillet of marinated Cod, coated with carom seeds, chick flour and shallow fried in a tava

Aloo Chana Tokri - Chickpeas with potatoes, green chillies, coriander, onions, raw mango, topped with yogurt, tamarind and pudhina (mint) served in an edible basket

Malai Paneer Dosa - Pancake stuffed with cottage cheese, pounded spices, mustard and coriander

Kamal Kakdi Kebab - Lotus flower stems and roots blended with spices and shallow fried in a tava

Jungle Bhajia - Red and green peppers, baby corn and broccoli coated in spiced rice & semolina batter and deep fried

Main Course:

Murg Lababdar - Chicken tikka cooked in spiced creamy tomato-onion gravy flavoured with grated ginger and an abundance of fresh coriander

Patiala Shahi Gosht - Boneless pieces of lamb cooked in a tomato and onion gravy with a mix of fine spices, originating from the palaces of the Patiala royal family!

Khumb Hara Pyaz - Mushrooms with spring onions sautéed in exotic, aromatic herbs and spices

Bhutta Palak Methi - Baby corn, stir-fried with spinach, fenugreek and tomatoes, spiced and garnished with coriander

Navrattan Korma Paneer - Vegetarian heaven in the form of 9 types of vegetables and paneer (cottage cheese) cooked in a mild creamy sauce, originating from the court of Akbar the Great!

Chana Dal - Bengali gram, also called desi chana (split yellow lentils), cooked on a slow fire with assorted aromatic spices

Raita - spiced yogurt with cucumber

Accompaniments:

Pudhina (mint), Coconut & Imli (tamarind) chutneys

Mixed Fresh Green Salad

Breads: Dhaniya (coriander) Naan and Aloo (potato) Khulcha

Jeera & Onion Pilau Rice

Kala Safaid Lal Jaman - Skewer of 3 small dark, light and rose coloured dough balls made from milk solids & flour in a sugar syrup flavoured with cardamom seeds and saffron

Ras Malai - Mini dumplings made from cottage or ricotta cheese soaked in sweetened, thickened milk delicately flavoured with cardamom
